Everyone knows the best pizzeria, best pasta restaurant but what about the other delicacies.  In South Tyrol you have two worlds, the Italian and the Austrian/ German cuisine.

From pizza and pasta to knödel and spatzlen.  What will your taste buds tell you? Enjoy!

I'm a man who likes his food. I have learnt to enjoy some new delicacies as well as how to cook decent bowl of pasta. But sometimes only a decent English/ British dish will do. Ask my nephew and friends of my children, all enjoy a bit of baked beans!
